欧洲银行管理局发言人表示，规定 Tether 和 Circle 等稳定币发行人如何在欧盟 (EU) 运营的标准很可能会在年底前正式出台。它们包含在 EBA 提交给欧盟执行机构欧盟委员会的 15 项技术标准中，该标准由 EBA 与欧洲证券和市场管理局 (ESMA) 共同制定。
