9月11日消息，摩根大通财富管理驻纽约投资策略主管 Elyse Ausenbaugh 和 John Hancock investment Management 联席首席投资策略师 Emily Roland 等人暗示，8 月 CPI 报告可能是一个重要的决定因素。管理 25 亿美元资产的 global Investments 资深投资组合经理 Keith Buchanan 表示，8 月 CPI 报告“将证实或否定降息 50 个基点的预期，这将是很长时间以来幅度最大的一次降息。随着通胀下降，利率变得越来越具有限制性，因此将目标利率下调 50 个基点都不一定会让政策完全转向宽松的立场。”
