According to the official news, Binance announced that it will upgrade the spot and leveraged trading system at 17:30 on September 19, 2024 (East 8th District time). The upgrade time is expected to be 10 minutes. During the upgrade period, Binance spot and leveraged trading will not be affected, and App/Web/client side users will not be able to view the new unfilled order records during the upgrade period. Therefore, users may not be able to cancel unfilled order because they cannot view their order records, and API users can still receive unfilled order data.
