Cryptocurrency custodian platform BitGo has announced the deployment of its Wrapped Bitcoin (WBTC) on the Avalanche and BNB chains using LayerZero's OFT standard. Previously, WBTC was already running on networks such as Ethereum, Base, Tron, and Polygon.
BitGo said that this deployment also ensures the secure verification of transactions through a decentralized validator network (DVN).
