加密货币和区块链倡导组织Digital Chamber（数字商会）呼吁美国国会出台立法，将某些NFT（不可替代代币）定义为消费品，免于联邦证券法监管。此举是针对美国证券交易委员会（SEC）可能对OpenSea平台采取的执法行动。OpenSea的CEO Devin Finzer表示，8月28日收到的Wells通知表明，SEC正在进入“未知领域”。Digital Chamber批评SEC主席Gary Gensler通过执法进行监管的方式，称缺乏明确的法律定义将使NFT行业面临风险。该组织强调，NFT不应被视为证券，而应被归类为消费品。
