报告称，随着 Terraform Labs今年早些时候同意支付 44.7 亿美元，2024 年的罚款总额已超过往年，达到 47 亿美元。不过，报告还称，开出的罚单总数从去年的 30 起下降到 11 起，当时 SEC 对加密行业处以总计 1.5 亿美元的罚款。
Social Capital Markets 在其报告中表示：“罚款金额的总体增加表明，公司正朝着更少、影响更大的案件的战略转变。这一变化强调了加密货币公司需要优先考虑监管合规性，因为与违规相关的财务风险已经升级。”
