高盛：全球降息周期利好美元

高盛集团分析师表示，即将到来的美联储降息对美元构成的下行风险有限，因为其他央行也在放松政策。外汇分析师Isabella Rosenberg在给客户的报告中写道，事实上这种同步降息周期通常伴随着美元走强。她基于对1995年以来的降息周期还有发达国家之间政策协同程度的分析得出了上述结论。
