According to on-chain analyst Ember Monitor, the price of RPL rose by 28% after Binance announced the listing of the RPL contract yesterday.
Investor @1kxnetwork took advantage of the price increase to sell 203,319 RPLs (worth $2.38 million). It is understood that 1kx recently started selling RPLs through Amber Group: a total of 313,737 RPLs (worth $3.71 million) were transferred to Amber Group addresses in the last 12 days and then deposited into Binance. 1kx is an investor in Rocket Pool, which received 570,393 RPL allocations through investment in December 2021 and deposited all of them into Rocket Pool node pledges in 2023. 1kx currently has 315,835 RPLs (worth $3.63 million) in pledge.
