欧盟DLT试点计划陷停滞，ESMA寻求突破

欧盟推出的分布式账本技术（DLT）试点制度一年来未有起色，尚未有任何基础设施获得授权。欧洲证券与市场管理局（ESMA）未提供进展报告，却发出信函指出了现金上链问题、竞争性挑战以及交易量限制等五大难题。ESMA呼吁对试点制度可能延长，并放宽交易量限制，以吸引更多参与者。其中，荷兰中小企业股票交易所NPEX是其中一潜在申请者。
