Regulated prediction market platform Kalshi has won a lawsuit against the CFTC over its ability to create predictions for the US election.
Kalshi is understood to operate only in the US and to settle trades in regular US dollars. However, every forecast contract it lists is subject to approval or review by the CFTC.
