同时，其在“是否会处理来自第三方的删除请求”中也强调，他们可以删除侵犯知识产权的贴纸集或色情、恐怖主义机器人，这不适用于当地对言论自由的限制。例如，如果批评政府在某个国家是非法的，那么 Telegram 就不会成为这种出于政治动机的审查制度的一部分。
