RWA进程加速，有望拓宽内地企业跨境融资渠道

RWA(现实世界资产通证化，RealWorldAssets—tokenization)正成为企业跨境融资新风向。近日，A股上市公司朗新集团与蚂蚁数科合作，在香港完成了国内首单基于新能源实体资产RWA，金额约1亿元人民币。这也是香港金管局沙盒项目进展中四个代币化主题案例之一。在全球范围内，已有贝莱德、摩根大通、花旗银行等多家国际金融机构首次在RWA领域布局，巨头企业的入局也为RWA打开更多想象空间。中国通信工业协会区块链专委会共同主席于佳宁对记者表示，朗新集团的这一成功案例展示了RWA通证化在实际应用中的巨大潜力，也为其他内地企业探索类似路径提供了示范效应。（证券日报）
