On September 5th, Guotai Junan and Haitong Securities are planning to issue class A shares to all class A share exchange shareholders of Haitong Securities and H shares to all H share exchange shareholders of Haitong Securities to absorb and merge Haitong Securities and issue class A shares to raise supporting funds. The company's shares will be suspended from the opening of the market on September 6th (Friday). According to the relevant regulations of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, it is expected that the suspension time will not exceed 25 trading days.
