Solana Optimistic Network DevNet is live and in public beta

On September 5th, Solana Optimistic Network Devnet, a modular framework that combines SVM with OP Stack, is now live and open for public testing. Developers and users can now deposit and withdraw money to SOON Devnet using the SOON Bridge UI. In addition, its block explorer is live and can now perform functions on SOON Devnet including: cross-chain assets to SOON Devnet; explore Devnet block explorer; deploy smart contracts.
