现场报道，北京大成律师事务所高级合伙人肖飒在以《瞭望未来 RWA 链接全球新机遇的可能路径》为题的圆桌论坛中指出：对于资产而言，如果对实体等额分份，就是金融化的过程，需要持牌实现。目前该领域还面临一些困难，香港为我们提供很好的机会。大陆偏向于成文法系，面对新产品时会较为保守。香港成文法较少，更重视机会。要关注两个法系的融合问题。
