江苏：对提前报废国三及以下排放标准营运类柴油货车的，按照1万元~4.5万元/辆不等予以分档补贴

9月4日讯，江苏省推动超长期特别国债资金支持消费品以旧换新的实施方案，对提前报废国三及以下排放标准营运类柴油货车的，根据车辆类型（中型、重型）和提前报废时间，按照1万元~4.5万元/辆不等予以分档补贴；对提前报废且新购国六排放标准营运货车或新能源营运货车的，按照3.5万元~14万元/辆不等予以分档补贴；对仅新购新能源城市冷链配送货车的，按照3.5万元/辆予以补贴。
