北京地区银行提前还房贷摸底 9家银行：暂无还款资金限制

9月4日讯，记者从北京地区多家银行了解到，当前提前还房贷的客户有所增多。多家银行工作人员告诉记者，房贷提前还款均需要提前预约，等待时间普遍在1个月左右；还款金额并无资金限制，客户可选择部分还款或一次性还清，但部分银行称需要整万起还。不过，部分银行暂不提供线上预约还款服务。农行、光大银行、民生银行、北京银行工作人员均表示，客户需要前往线下网点申请。
