9月4日消息，Web3 游戏开发商 Mino Games 宣布将旗下卡牌游戏《Dimensionals》转为 Web2 模式。 Mino Games 首席执行官 Sash MacKinnon 表示，Dimensionals 从 2023 年 3 月开始进军 Web3 领域，以免费铸币形式推出了创世纪系列。然而，该项目除白名单赠品被大量机器人领取外，还遭受了多次 DDoS 攻击。此外，NFT 不收取版税的改革更是导致其所依赖的收入来源突然崩溃。随着 NFT 价值的暴跌，一些社区成员甚至开始在社区内诈骗其他人。面对这些现实问题，Mino Games 最终认为继续在 Web3 领域发展是行不通的。
