Starknet will upgrade to V0.13.1.1, significantly reducing contract declaration fees

On April 4th, Starknet posted on the X platform stating that according to the needs of a large number of users, version V0.13.1.1 is about to be released. The highlight of this upgrade is a significant reduction in contract declaration fees, to 1/30 of the previous level, which will effectively reduce the cost for developers to deploy contracts on Starknet.
