4月4日消息，Starknet 在X平台发文表示，根据广大用户的需求，V0.13.1.1 版本即将发布。此次升级的亮点是大幅降低合约类声明费用，降至此前的 1/30，将有效降低开发者在 Starknet 上部署合约的成本。
0.13.1.1 的升级安排如下：
- Sepolia 测试网：4 月 8 日（周一）；
-主网：4 月 15 日（周一）。
Starknet 提醒所有运行全节点的用户尽快升级节点软件。目前 Juno V0.11.4 和 Pathfinder V0.11.5 均支持 Starknet V0.13.1.1 版本。
