August Solana network transactions hit a multi-month low

According to The Block data, transaction activity on the Solana blockchain fell sharply in August. Monthly non-voting transactions on Solana hit a multi-month low in August, down from levels seen for most of 2024. Transactions were more than 700 million per month until August. The drop brings transaction activity back to its highest level since September 2023, when there were 494 million transactions. In addition, the number of Solana mobile users fell from 1.31 billion in July to 485.61 million, a decrease of nearly 63%.
