On September 1st, bitinfocharts.com data shows that the average on-chain fee for Ethereum remains low. The average rate has been steadily decreasing over the past 90 days, except for a few brief small increases. On August 8th, the average on-chain fee for Ethereum transactions was $2.452, but as of press time it has dropped to $0.743, below $1.
