Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong announced on X that Coinbase witnessed the first crypto transactions between artificial intelligence (AI) bots on August 30.
He explained that a large language model (LLM) uses crypto tokens to buy AI tokens from another AI robot. Robots were developed to perform specific tasks - in this case, performing crypto transactions. While artificial intelligence robots cannot have bank accounts, they can have crypto wallets. These artificial intelligence robots can now transact with humans, merchants, and other artificial intelligence.
