8月31日讯，中国海警局新闻发言人刘德军表示，8月31日12时06分，菲9701号船以不专业、危险方式故意冲撞中方正常维权执法的5205舰，导致发生擦碰，责任完全在菲方。我们再次正告菲方正视现实、放弃幻想，立即自行撤走才是唯一正确途径，不要误判形势、制造热点、升级事态，否则由此引发的一切后果由菲方承担。
