According to Arkham monitoring data, about 9 hours ago, the Circle hot wallet address transferred 80 million USDCs to the suspected Flow Traders address, and then the address transferred a total of 70 million USDCs to two unmarked addresses, and received about 7.007 million USDCs from addresses starting with 0xe9095.
