The notice pointed out that in the new commercial housing within Guangzhou, if the buyer pays the house payment and meets the conditions of handing over the house and transferring the house (the mortgage registration conditions should be met at the same time for the purchase of the house with a loan), he can go through the formalities of handing over the house and real estate registration together, so as to realize "handing over the house and handing over the certificate when purchasing the house".
