On August 30, 2024, the Beijing Stock Exchange issued the "Guidelines No. 1 for the Application of the Business Rules of the Beijing Stock Exchange to Unspecified Qualified Investors in Public Offering and Listing", "Guidelines No. 2 for the Application of the Business Rules of the Beijing Stock Exchange in Public Offering and Listing to Unspecified Qualified Investors", and "Guidelines No. 3 for the Application of the Business Rules of the Beijing Stock Exchange in Public Offering and Listing to Unspecified Qualified Investors" on August 30, 2024. Three issue listing review business guidelines regulate legal, financial and procedural issues respectively. The relevant rules shall come into force on the date of issuance.
