BNB Chain: Increased opBNB throughput to 10,000 TPS

BNB Chain announced that its Layer 2 solution, opBNB, has increased throughput to 10,000 TPS, double the previous 5,000 TPS. This performance improvement was achieved by increasing the block gas limit from 100M/s to 200M/s.
