On August 30, CITIC Construction Investment announced that in the early stage, the China Securities Supervision Commission has carried out relevant investigation work on the company's amethyst storage project. The company has submitted application documents for the application of the party commitment system for administrative law enforcement to the China Securities Supervision Commission, and formally signed a commitment recognition agreement with the China Securities Supervision Commission on December 29, 2023. The company has strictly implemented the agreement to pay the corresponding commitment money, and carefully carried out self-inspection and rectification according to the rectification requirements proposed in the agreement. On August 30, 2024, the company received the "Decision to Terminate the Investigation" issued by the China Securities Supervision Commission. The China Securities Supervision Commission has terminated the investigation of the above matters.
