Web3 开发公司 Alchemy 宣布收购罗马尼亚区块链基础设施提供商 Bware，具体收购金额暂未披露。据悉此次收购不会影响 Alchemy 或 Bware 客户，此外 Alchemy 也不会接管 Bware 的 INFRA 去中心化网络及其代币，本次收购将扩大 Alchemy 在欧洲的业务。
