8月29日消息，福布斯记者Eleanor Terrett在X平台发文称，美国SEC专员Hester Peirce表示，她对该机构在加密货币方面解释Howey测试的方式负有部分责任。Peirce称：“这在一定程度上要归咎于我。我本可以做的不同的事情是，帮助提高法律清晰度……这对其他监管机构来说是一个警示。我认为SEC和整个行业都有很多工作要做。”
