Analyst: Tokenized RWA could reach $1.30 trillion by 2030 instead of $30 trillion

On August 28th, according to Cointelegraph, a cryptocurrency analyst expressed skepticism about the optimistic prediction that the value of tokenized real-world assets (RWA) could reach $30 trillion by 2030. Instead, he believes that 5% of that amount is a more realistic target. "If the current 2-year CAGR of 121% continues, we could see the value of tokenized traditional assets reach around $1.30 trillion by 2030," amie Coutts, principal crypto analyst at Real Vision, said in an X post on August 27th. In June, Standard Chartered and Synpulse predicted that the size of tokenized RWA could reach $30.10 trillion by 2034.
