在回应社交媒体上的问题时，Shetty透露，他仍在“代表（所有者）运营交易所，直到争议得到解决”。当被问及如何管理交易以及交易所如何可能撤销交易的细节时，他表示：“出于保密义务，我不能透露更多细节。”
他于X发文表示：“我的首要任务是把用户放在第一位，其他一切都排在第二位。建议用户现在取出INR，不要把它们留在平台上。你可以根据重组过程的结果，随时重新存入这些资金。”
