Vitalik Buterin: EIP-4844 saves users over $100 million in transaction fees

Vitalik Buterin, co-founder of Ethereum, said in a post on social media X that he is very sure that EIP-4844 alone has saved users more than $100 million in transaction fees. For this EIP, developers funded by the Ethereum Foundation played a leading role in the specification and implementation, and also received help from Optimism and others.
