SEAL (Security Alliance), an anti-hacking response team led by white hat hacker and Paradigm researcher Samczsun, has received more than 900 hacker-related fines since its inception in August 2023.
To make the protocol more resilient to cyber attacks, the initiative will create a battleground for white hat hackers and emerging protocols, Samczsun announced in a keynote at the Web3 Summit in Berlin: "We envision a future where we will provide real-time adversarial environments for protocols and researchers to stress test their protocols. This way, teams can test the protocol and make sure it works in high-intensity situations. And, researchers can also test their skills as black hats or white hats."
The program's first event Battle.net will be held at Devcon's DeFi Security Summit from November 7-9.
