From January to July, the total profit of state-owned enterprises 2.57015 trillion yuan, a decrease of 2.0% year-on-year. From January to July, state-owned enterprises should pay taxes and fees of 3.48727 trillion yuan, an increase of 1.3%. At the end of July, the state-owned enterprise asset-liability ratio was 64.9%, an increase of 0.1 percentage points.
