On August 25th, TON officially added the Telegram founder's 2018 hand-drawn Resistance Dog logo to the avatar.
According to the TON Foundation, The Hooded Dog (also known as Resistance Dog) was originally hand-drawn and named by Telegram and TON founder Pavel Durov in 2018, and REDO has been the (non) official mascot of Telegram's vision of "resistance" to censorship ever since.
