On August 24th, Snapshot showed that Uniswap initiated a proposal to increase the transaction fee of 2, 3 and 4 basis points on Base (previously 1bp), and the current proposal approval rate reached 85%.
In addition, the proposal states that the fee changes will not be directly applied to other chains, and any relevant proposals will be discussed separately within the community.
