All prefecture level and above cities have established real estate financing coordination mechanisms

On April 3rd, it was learned from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development that 31 provinces and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps have established provincial-level real estate financing coordination mechanisms nationwide. All cities at or above the prefecture level (excluding municipalities directly under the central government) have established urban real estate financing coordination mechanisms, and have proposed a "whitelist" of real estate projects that can provide financing support in batches and pushed it to commercial banks. At present, positive progress has been made in this work. As of March 31, among the "whitelist" projects pushed by various regions, 1979 projects have received a total of 469.03 billion yuan in bank credit, and 1247 projects have received 155.41 billion yuan in loan disbursements.
