据市场消息，香港证监会表示近日已对国富创新的股权分布进行查讯，结果显示截至今年 8 月 9 日该公司 20 名股东合共持有逾 35.5 亿股股份（相当于已发行股本 49.93%），有关股权连同由该公司三名大股东合共持有的超过 28.9 亿股（占已发行股本 40.62%），合计相当于国富创新已发行股本 90.55%。香港证监会指出，鉴于股权高度集中于数目不多的股东，即使少量股份成交，其股价亦可能大幅波动，提醒股东及有意投资者买卖时务请审慎行事。
而就在上个月，国富创新公布旗下全资子公司富强证券已获得香港证监会同意，可透过操作在证监会持牌平台上开立及维持的综合账户向专业投资者客户提供虚拟资产交易服务。 （Aastocks）
