上海叫停房贷“返点” 存量业务需7日内整改完成

8月23日讯，记者从业内获悉，上海市银行同业公会近日发布关于进一步加强上海银行业个人住房贷款业务自律的通知。通知表示，自8月16日起，各会员单位严禁向房屋合作机构等支付佣金，存量业务需自本通知下发后一周（7个自然日）内整改完成。
