Upbit调整ETH、ENS等多个数字资产提币手续费

据官方公告，Upbit拟于KST时间8月23日调整多个数字资产提币手续费，其中ETH下调至0.007，ENS下调至0.08，SHIB下调至101331，其他多个数字资产手续费也都有所下调。
