Today, the reporter learned that the China Securities Association is seeking opinions from the industry on amending the "Rules for the Administration of Investors under the Internet for Initial Public Offerings of Securities". The rules have been revised in several places. Among them, a new article states: "Under-the-Internet institutional investors shall set up risk performance appraisal indicators for initial public offerings of securities, retrospectively verify the objectivity and prudence of quotations, and report to the China Securities Association on the circumstances that listed companies are subject to risk warnings in the year and the second year after listing, the stock is terminated from listing, or their operating performance has fallen sharply compared with the year before listing, the issuance of initial public offerings has been suspended, and their own improper quotations have caused negative public opinion, and complaints or reports have been made."
