U.S. stocks opened up, with the Dow up 0.24%, the S & P 500 up 0.15% and the Nasdaq up 0.12%. JD.com (JD. O) opened down 7.7%, its biggest intraday drop since Oct. 12 last year, after Walmart sold $3.74 billion worth of JD.com shares and Macy's general merchandise (M. N) fell more than 10% after it cut its annual sales forecast. Ford Motor (F. N) opened up 1.4%, which plans to launch a new pickup truck in 2027.
