8月21日消息，上市比特币矿企Core Scientific在X平台宣布，该公司通过最近的可转换债券发行收益加强资产负债表并支持增长计划，偿还了2.67亿美元的债务，将利率从约12.5%降低至3%；取消了与某些债券相关的限制性契约；增加了手头现金，以资助高性能计算（HPC）托管增长所需的场地收购。
