El Salvador's National Bitcoin Office (ONBTC) has announced that it will provide bitcoin training and certification to 80,000 government employees. The 160-hour training program, called Public Administration Certification 1, is divided into seven modules and covers strategic management and public policy aspects of bitcoin as a legal tender.
