沃尔玛拟出售京东价值37.4亿美元的股份

8月21日讯，外媒援引知情人士报道，沃尔玛百货(WMT.N)拟以每股24.85美元至25.85美元的价格出售京东(JD.O)的股票。消息人士称，沃尔玛寻求出售1.445亿股京东股票，按最高要价计算沃尔玛可筹资37.4亿美元。数据显示，沃尔玛是京东最大股东。京东(JD.O)美股周二收于28.19美元/股，在盘后交易中下跌约10%。两家公司均未就此事置评。消息人士称，摩根士丹利是此次发行的经纪交易商。
