彭博分析师：“Gensler将提名财长”的传言可能是共和党的选举策略

8月20日消息，针对华盛顿政治媒体Washington Reporter所报道的“若哈里斯获选，可能提名Gary Gensler为财政部长”一事，彭博ETF分析师Eric Balchunas评论表示，虽然Gensler确实曾在克林顿内阁中为财政部长工作，但他仍然认为这完全是被捏造的谣言。Balchunas还提到，此传言的源头可能是共和党众议员TomEmmer：“如果你是共和党人，且想要帮助巩固来自加密货币群体的选票，很难想到有什么事会比Gensler获得更多权力更可怕了。即使这件事不是真的，它也很有杀伤力。”
