Jupiter: A malicious Chrome extension named "BullChecker" was found, and users are advised to remove it immediately

On August 20th, Jupiter said on the X platform that the team received reports in the past week that a small number of users using Solana DeFi had run out of funds. After extensive investigation, the team discovered a malicious Chrome extension called "Bull Checker" that targeted users on several Solana-related subreddits. Users with this extension will be able to interact with the dApp normally, and the simulation will be displayed normally, but their tokens may be maliciously transferred to another wallet when the transaction is completed. If a user has this extension (or a similar extension with extensive permissions that cannot be trusted), it is recommended to remove it immediately. No vulnerabilities were found in any dapp or wallet.
