8 月 14 日 17：00 （UTC+8） DOGS 存款；
8 月 23 日 19：00 至 20：00 （UTC+8） DOGS/USDT 现货交易开盘；
8 月 23 日 20：00 （UTC+8） DOGS 开放提币；
